This is a newly created role with a Korean contract manufacturing company providing competitive Production and Supply Chain solutions for its customers in the semiconductor industry.
Position Overview:
- Opex panning and variance analysis
- Reporting package submission by forecast cycles (Headcount, Capex, Opex, etc.)
- System maintenance (SEM, SAP forecasting module)
- Support P/L analysis
- Support QxR process
- Broad understanding of Korean & US GAAP and finance/systems
- Basic MS office skills with strong emphasis on MS Excel; ERP experience required, SAP preferred
Person Spec: Higher weighting more important
(10)Recent management accounting experience ideally gained within the manufacturing industry
(10)Degree within a financial discipline, MBA or related professional certification (CPA, CMA, CIA)
(10)Good working knowledge of SAP
(10)Proficient with Korean & US GAAP
(10)Fluent in English and Korean
(10) High level of analytical as well as presentation skills
(10)Excellent influencing skills, capable of getting non-finance employees round to your way of thinking and working
(10)Continuous improvement; successfully identifying route cause of problems and provided commercially viable solutions
(10)Ambitious and keen to progress career in Finance and assume leadership roles
(10)Attention to detail, methodical and well organized
(10)Team player and comfortable in a multi-cultural environment
(10)Very good knowledge of MS-Office products, particularly Excel
