Quality Engineer Pulse Electronics Korea

In view of our Company expansion, we are looking for a Quality Engineer to start and build a new manufacturing operation of high technology mobile phone antennas in Sihwa Industrial district, Korea. You will have a key role in our team in Korea and you will report to the Operation Manager.

QUALITY ENGINEER

THE JOBS

1. This position is responsible for setting up and maintaining the quality system, quality procedures and documentation.
2. Plan, develop and implementation of proper quality control for new products during the development phase.
3. Handle internal and external quality related issues of the responsible projects.              

SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Setting up and maintaining product quality control system with the support from the China, Suzhou;
2. Responsibility for quality training;
3. Product quality reporting and problem solving;
4. Plan, develop and implement the proper quality control for new products during the development phase;
5. Handle internal and external quality related issues in mass production phase;
6. Prepare & handle of customer audit/visit.

THE REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 4 years working experience in related area;
2. Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, etc.
3. God understanding on ISO9001 and ISO14001;
4. Good understanding on SPC, CPK, MSA and APQP;
5. Rich experience on product quality control and measuring equipment using;
6. Understanding on ESD, 6 Sigma, and DOE;
7. Excellent interpersonal skills;
8. Good written and spoken of English
